These Terms & Conditions govern your use of racewearplanet.com and any purchase made through this website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products
We sell karting gloves and racing apparel from authorised brand partners, including -273 (Minus 273), Offset, and 32Five. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee that colours, materials, or details displayed on your device exactly match the physical product. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors). An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
4. Shipping
We ship within the EU and Schengen area via DHL. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@racewearplanet.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, or to items that have been used, worn, or are not in a condition suitable for resale for hygiene reasons, where applicable by law.
6. Returns and Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@racewearplanet.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights as an EU consumer under the Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive.
7. Product Conformity and Warranty
We warrant that products sold conform to their description and are fit for their intended purpose. Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with Greek and EU consumer protection law. This does not affect your other legal rights as a consumer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Race Wear Planet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Race Wear Planet or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as necessary for normal use of the website.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence as an EU consumer.
