Everything you need to know about delivery and returns at Race Wear Planet. Exact shipping options and prices for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship from Athens, Greece to Greece, Cyprus, the rest of the EU and selected countries worldwide. Depending on the destination, orders are delivered via BOX NOW lockers, courier or DHL.

Delivery options and prices

• Greece: BOX NOW locker delivery (free on orders over €59.99) or courier to your door for €5.00 (2-3 working days).
• Cyprus: BOX NOW locker delivery.
• European Union: Standard shipping €10.00 (5 to 10 business days) or Express shipping €20.00 (3 to 5 business days).
• Other countries: available options and prices are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

For destinations outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes in your country may apply.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received it and you expect your order to have shipped, write to us at info@racewearplanet.com with your order number.

Pay on delivery (Greece)

For BOX NOW locker deliveries within Greece you can choose to pay on delivery (BOX NOW Pay on the Go). Online payments are taken when you place the order.

Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with your rights as an EU consumer. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

1. Email info@racewearplanet.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We confirm the return and send you the return address.
3. Send the item back, preferably with a trackable service. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 14 days, including standard delivery costs where applicable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, the simplest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you would like help with this.
