Overview
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with your rights as an EU consumer. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached, in a condition suitable for resale.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@racewearplanet.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm the return and provide you with the return address.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, including standard delivery costs where applicable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@racewearplanet.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, the simplest process is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you’d like help with this.
